1. Who we are

Amtecco (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a broadcast-technology company based in Antwerp, Belgium (VAT BE0748.398.550). We are the data controller for personal data collected through amtecco.com. For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@amtecco.com.

Our services SRT Cloud (srtcloud.io) and AMTC News (amtc.tv) operate on their own domains and publish their own privacy notices.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — when you use our contact form (name, email, phone, subject, message) or subscribe to our newsletter (email address).
• Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring source, gathered through analytics for security and to understand how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and we do not collect data from children.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or demo you requested.
• To send newsletter updates you have asked to receive (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To operate, secure and improve our website.
• To protect our forms against spam and abuse.

4. Cookies, analytics and third-party tools

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers, each under appropriate data-processing terms:

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@amtecco.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

9. International transfers & security

Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
